The Wait With You Foundation, a Rochester-based nonprofit will host their first Annual Winter Wellness Event at Lumos, with Flourish Mom Co. leading yoga, and Bella Soul Wellness offering a soul nourishing Sound Bath. The morning is designed to encourage our community to slow down, care for themselves, and support families in need at the same time.
