Immerse yourself in nature through the restorative Japanese practice of forest bathing. A gentle outdoor experience concludes with a meditative sound journey, guided by Tina from Bella Soul Wellness, designed to calm the nervous system and deepen relaxation. Stadium seating and blankets provided.
