Join us for a gentle, evening yoga practice designed to support digestion, release tension, and invite deep relaxation as we move with the rhythm of the lake.

This all-levels class combines mindful movement, gentle stretches, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you unwind, improve mobility, and settle into the peaceful beauty of the evening. Whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, you'll be guided with accessible options to meet your body where it is.

Come breathe, move, and reconnect with yourself as the sun begins to soften over the water. Leave feeling lighter, refreshed, and restored.
